Mr. DeMersseman's practice is concentrated in the areas of corporations, environmental law, personal injury and employment law. He has served as Labor Relations Counsel for a number of major employers in South Dakota. Mr. DeMersseman frequently advises our business clients on employment law matters, including discrimination claims, wrongful termination cases and compliance with federal and state employment laws. He has conducted an active personal injury practice for many years, along with his commercial litigation and legislative practice.
